Reviews

I'm about 45 hours in, and nowhere near end game so from an OpenWorld aspect the game is quite big. Great game so far for being EA. Loving the base building. Story is engaging enough too. I feel the combat could be improved as well as the battles out at sea. Once you do a few of them, they are kind of mundane. Decent game so far, excited to see what shape the game is in, in a years time.

Sid Meiers Pirates! adjacent. Survival adjacent. Those two factors were what sold me on the game. Look at time played (so far). I'm having to start over due to save files not working, ive gone 4 levels without any stat points assigned or whatever the other points are, been that long....Dont get me wrong, still gonna play, just starting over so i can finish. Definitely recommend.

it is fun, you get to sail and destroy ships, but it doesn't have storms to make it harder

This game was so fun! If you are a builder like myself you will get so much enjoyment. It takes a minute to get used to the combat but it wasn't really a problem. Looking forward to the next major update so I can play again.

I was sceptical at first, so I've tried "demo" version of this game first, and during that time I've realised that I can spend at least 100 hours playing this game, so I bought it. Well, it was 115 hours as of now and I'm not done yet. Of course I'm playing in coop, so the grind is bearable, but even if I was alone, it scratches... something. Sure, it's just early access version, but it's worth those 30 euros already. Devs, please don't abandon the game, add more content <3

This is the best survival action game I have ever played. If you are a fan of Valheim, you will love this game. A wonderful combat system with different weapon and armor perks, a great attribute and "skill" point tree. Easy to understand and learn, but never dull. The building in this game is incredible and it rewards you for exploring. 115 hours in the game and I cannot get enough. Really looking forward to seeing what the future of this game brings!
