I've never played the original, but I've always heard it was amazing so I had high expectations going into RE4 Remake and this game exceeded all of them.. without comparing it to the original and just enjoying the game blind for the first time, I had a great time.. what a masterpiece! I think I might actually like this one more than Resident Evil Requiem..

I've finished Resident Evil 4 countless times, and every time I go to finish it again, it feels just as enjoyable as when I first beat it. I especially love speed running the game, solving puzzles that once had me stuck much faster and beating bosses with ease. Its incredibly satisfying to go back and complete the game more efficiently after beating it once or twice. 10/10
Its the best game in the series, it has horror atmosphere yet the combact mechanism feels good, from enemy types to types of soundtracks everything is goated, One of the few games i can replay someday.
I expected such a remake to be nothing but cool graphics and prepared to give a negative review, but the game turned out to be something better and interesting. Great job! I strongly recommend trying this either you are new here or have played the original RE4 previously. PS Please also buy the 'Separate Way' DLC and you will love Luis more.
