This game literally saved my life, post break up and one of my parents dying, I had no good distractions to let my mind and emotions rest. I found dad lobbies in this game and it got me through a very hard time. God bless these dad lobbies and this game!

I don't know what the hell people are thinking by calling everyone who shoots a "rat." What are we supposed to do instead—call them out and ask for a duel? This isn't a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PvE-only game. WTF

The gameplay loop is simple. Go loot, shoot, extract, and repeat. Grind over and over until you become stronger. As of 06/2026, I feel like Arc Raiders is slowly becoming a dead game because matchmaking queues can take up to 5 minutes. The game is heavily grind-focused, with a repetitive gameplay loop and not enough new content to keep players engaged. If you find this kind of gameplay boring, extraction shooter is not for you. Better off playing something else.

1.6k hours in and it’s still my favorite game. I’m holding on the the hope that things will get better. The game genuinely is so fun.

This is a fun & engaging game.... I am not a PvP player, and unfortunately I end up getting PvP'd from time to time (mostly on the weekends). It is VERY frustrating when PvP players end up in the PvP lobbies, but when the PvE players are helping each other out or mentoring a new player... that is when this game is most fun. I am about to do my first expedition (player wipe) and I will see how it goes the second time around. Wish me luck

A pretty good extraction shooter that focus itself on PvE, those you can find some PvP games in it
